I posted in March about diversity and inclusion on LinkedIn, talking about my lightning bolt moment about inclusive language. The “likes” and messages I received showed me that it resonated with many folks. So I created the starting point of a list of terms we are using at Phundex. The day after I created the list, I asked our Technology Partner to change the name of their overarching contract Framework Agreement, because I couldn’t sign a Master Services Agreement. This is from a former lawyer and consultant who spent hours drafting Master Agreements!
