Peter is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of Phundex Limited. Peter and his team are dedicated to providing Phundex and its management team with best in class Finance and Enterprise Risk Management support to enable it to execute on the company’s strategic plan.

Peter is an experienced finance executive and board advisor. Throughout his career, Peter has maintained an unwavering commitment to using his diverse abilities to enhance shareholder value. Peter has deep experience in relation to Board of Director reporting, business strategy, financial forecasting, performance analytics, financial reporting, income tax planning and compliance, enterprise risk management, acquisitions, financings and operational finance.

Peter has worked in a variety of sectors, including financial institutions, high technology, bio–technology, power distribution, packaging, manufacturing and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Phundex, Peter was the Chief Financial Officer of Tracker, an enterprise risk management software company. Prior to that, Peter was the Chief Financial Officer of Community First, a rapidly growing credit union. Prior to that, Peter held senior finance roles in Citigroup Inc.’s Canadian consumer finance and credit card businesses. Peter spent the early part of his career working in the consulting practices of professional accounting firms. In these roles Peter developed strong competencies in relation to acquisitions, divestitures, financings and business valuations.

Peter has a history of repeated success in collaborating cross functionally in order to achieve mission critical corporate objectives. He has lead teams ranging from 4 people to 40 people across different functions and locations.

He is an outstanding communicator with a proven ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

Peter has a strong commitment to ongoing, life–long learning. He also has a strong commitment to sharing his knowledge with others.

Peter holds Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator designations.
